Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of custom printing services, certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized and personalized items (including printed prayer cards and similar items)
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards

Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider; processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for further assistance.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at [email protected] and mail your item to: 3909 NE 163rd St, Unit 210. North Miami Beach, FL 33160.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 3909 NE 163rd St, Unit 210. North Miami Beach, FL 33160. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
